I found the site to be too busy. There's a LOT of information there (and I do like that it brings in discussion from many outlets - news, twitter, forums, etc.), but the design was overwhelming. Most notably, the header was far to busy and the mixture of fonts and font sizes left everything looking cluttered. For what it's worth, ThinkAtheist (http://www.thinkatheist.com/) suffers from this information overload as well.
